Dr. Lomire was raised in Western Pennsylvania. He acquired his 4 year degree from St. Francis College, Loretto, Pennsylvania. Continuing with advanced classes, Dr. Lomire also earned a B.S. Degree in Criminology and a B.S. Degree in Biology. An 8 year position as a Federal Agent for the U.S. Department of Justice satisfied his desire to experience government work. Dr. Lomire then returned to school with the intent to further his education in anatomy, but instead chose to explore the world of dentistry. He completed the 4 year course at the University of Pittsburgh Dental School in 1996, and began his dental career.
