Feel at Ease During Your First Dentist Visit
Edward C Lomire DMD understands going to a new dentist can be stressful. To help you be prepared before your first appointment, here’s what to expect:
- Arrive 15 minutes early and expect to be in the office for 60 to 90 minutes
- Bring your insurance information, photo ID, and completed patient forms
- Our staff will welcome you, and you will need to fill out a registration form
- Patient portal

An Effective Dental Treatment Plan
Our professional dental team will examine your teeth and mouth. We want to identify small problems before they turn into more serious issues. We will be looking for:
- Tooth decay
- Bone loss
- Oral cancer – VELscope
- Periodontal disease
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 48-hour prior notice to cancel an appointment. Without proper notice, you will be charged a $75 fee for hygiene and $150 for operative appointments, which is subject to change without notice.
